Ah only my second ever Unicorn Cake.   A few years ago, Unicorn cakes were a massive trend-not so much now and this is only my second Unicorn Cake. The brief was bright colours so pink and purple fit the bill perfectly.  Inside was a 4 layer cake made up of pink and purple layers.  The cake was a hit.
